INTERESTED IN COACHING?
Volunteer coaches shape our players by teaching teamwork, focus, humility, and self-awareness, as well as facilitating physical and mental health that comes with practicing fundamentals and regular conditioning. All applicants are reviewed by the Head Coach and the VELA Executive. Integrity is a must.
Each coach must complete a coach application. Successful applicants are also required to:
Complete a new criminal record check no later than March 22, 2026
Complete the BCLA Fair Play Form
Accept the Coach Code of Conduct, and
Ensure they attend coaching clinics as applicable.
