New to lacrosse? Try before committing! Returning player? Switch back into box mode. No experience necessary.
Pre-registration is required, and players must be registered with VELA for the 2026 season OR their guardian must complete a waiver.
What to bring:
Helmet with cage (hockey is fine)
Stick (get in touch with us if you need to borrow one)
Padded gloves (recommended)
Running shoes
Water

Co-ed sessions are open to VELA catchment players only. Female sessions are open to all catchments.
