Back to the Box 2026
New to lacrosse? Try before committing! Returning player? Switch back into box mode. No experience necessary.
Players must be registered with VELA for the 2026 season OR their guardian must complete a waiver and bring it to the session.
What to bring:
Helmet with cage (hockey is fine)
Stick if you have one (if not, you can borrow one of ours)
Padded gloves
Running shoes
Water

Co-ed sessions are open to VELA catchment players only. Female sessions are open to all catchments.
